We also have 2 Multi Head Burning Tables that are CNC controlled. They are capable of burning 3/16" to 6" thick steel plate, and can burn with 12 heads simultaneously when producing smaller parts. The larger table can hold sheets up to 6' x 14'. For light gauge material, we have a CNC controlled single head plasma to profile cut up to 1/4" thick Steel plate, or up to 3/8" thick in Aluminum. The burning tables are connected to our computers in our Engineering Department, and are capable of burning patterns off of AutoCAD or any dwg/dxf profiles.

Sawing
We have numerous Band Saws for custom and mitred saw cuts, and an Automatic Cut off saw for higher volume production runs. We can saw shapes up to 13" wide by 13" high.

Shearing
Our main Shear is capable of shearing steel plate up to 1/4" thick by 10' long. We also have Ironworker shears capable of shearing up to 5/8" thick plate by 18" wide, 3/4" thick by 10" Flat, up to 2" ø Round, up to 2" Square and up to 6" x 6" x 1/2" Angle Iron shapes.

Coping
Pipe end coping machines for rapid and consistent shaping of pipe ends.

Clean Up
We have 2 rotary tumblers for de-burring production runs of burned shapes. We also have a dedicated Grinding area for grinding, sanding and de-burring products using hand tools and sanding machines.

Part Numbering
Part numbers can be scribed, written or pressed directly on to the parts using various machines and hydraulic presses.
