Rolling
Plate and flat bar rolling for creating rolled flat bar rings and
cylindrical shapes up to 8' long. Some typical rolled Flat Bar Rings would
be:
- ¼” thick x 24” wide 24” or larger diameter
- ½” thick x 12” wide 24” or larger diameter
- ¾” thick x 9” wide 18” or larger diameter
Punching/Stamping
Stamping and Punch Production presses up to 200 ton capacity and Ironworkers
up to 75 ton capacity. Capabilities include square hole punching, round hole
punching, notching, Uni-punching multiple hole patterns and platten die
punching or stamping.
Forming
Hydraulic Press Brakes with a capacity of 65 tons up to 175 tons, and
forming lengths up to 12'. All units have CNC back gauges for accuracy,
consistency and high volume production runs.
Layout
Layout tables complete with digital height gauges.
Milling
Milling machines up to #50 with digital readout and a capacity of up to 3500
lbs. Bed sizes up to 62 " x 29" with 18" of clearance. 4 Axis
machining, 120 tool dual pallet machining centre.
Turning
Lathes with swings up to 44" and 16' center to center lengths. CNC lathe, live tooling on 2 axis, auto barfeed.
Honing
Various lengths 1 ¾” to 15” bore.
Drilling
Multiple Drill Presses and Radial Arm Drills from #2 to #5. Portable
drilling is performed using portable Magnetic Drills.
Threading
Threads up to 1 ½” diameter are cut on thread cutting machines, while
threads over 1 ½” diameter are machined on the Lathes.
Knurling
Full or partial knurling capabilities.
Key Seating
Key seating with a 9" stroke for straight and tapered keyways up to 1
1/4"
